Welcome to the new LMB Education newsletter, which we will be sending out to our schools and local authority partners each term. Full of news and ideas, we hope it will inspire your recycling and keep you informed about Shoe Friends and The Clothes Collectors.
New team members
LMB Education starts the new year stronger than ever as we have recruited a further seven people to look after the 300 schools which run our recycling projects. This includes five new co-ordinators for Essex, London and Hertfordshire, the lovely Sarah in the office taking your calls and arranging collections, and driver Ken making sure your bins are serviced properly. Find out more here…
A big welcome to the new schools who join us this January, which include: Canvey Island Infants and Hadleigh Infant & Nursery in Castlepoint, Rochford Primary and Canewon Endowed Primary in Rochford, Lime Farm Infants, Epping Junior and Roydon Primary in Epping. and All Saints Benhilton, Sherwood Park School and Cheam Park Farm Junior School in Sutton.
Everyone loves our recycling workshops
. Nothing quite gets the message across like making a Rubbish-Eating Sock Monster, a Recycled Summer Hat or an Environmental T-Shirt. This year we’ve come up some brand new ideas to keep students entertained and inspired. We’ll keep you posted…
We want to hear your recycling stories, whether it’s your local officer, a proactive parent, a teacher or student. Does your school have a "Mr or Ms Green"? Have you been impressed by your pupils’ commitment to recycling? Plus, tell us how your school has spent its money collected from Shoe Friends and The Clothes Collectors.
WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!!! Email us at email@example.com
with your inspirational stories.
